SSD and SPACES among the winners of CREW AWARDS 2026

Smart Strategies and Development (SSD) was named Property Management Company of the Year, while SPACES received the award for Best Flexible Workspace (Coworking Space of the Year).

For 13 years, CREW Central Asia has been bringing together key players in the commercial real estate market across Central Asia. It is the region’s first major networking platform representing the entire industry value chain - from design and construction to property management and technical operations.

This achievement is particularly valuable given the rigorous selection process, which included preparing detailed applications and presentations, presenting projects before an expert jury, and being evaluated by industry professionals, including international experts.

This year, the forum welcomed Javi Puholar, Formula 1 Race Director with 23 years of experience, as its special guest. His presentation focused on the pace of change, decision-making, and how businesses can adapt to new challenges and evolving market conditions.
